Very good location if you ascend from the west. Then one can go straight to the hotel in the evening and does not have to walk back. The next day you can continue from there towards the canyon and have seen everything in 2 days. Accommodation was very pleasant. At the reception you will also get help in English.

The location of the hotel was absolutely breathtaking. Being nestled in the mountains provided a truly unique and serene experience. The comfortable bed and great shower pressure added to the overall comfort of our stay. Despite the dated interior decorations, we understood that the location made it somewhat understandable. We also appreciated the availability of upgrades and cabinets for storage. I would highly recommend this hotel for a memorable mountain getaway.

Location
There is no view from the room // The unique purpose is to make us pay : soap/shampoo/comb etc. weren't free, there wasn't even free drinkable water. Regarding the price of the room, a free comb and free toothbrush would me the minimum expected// Shower very small and in the same room with the toilets : again not in the standard for this price. The location is'nt everything.// The prices in the restaurant are scandalous : 70yuan for fried rice, 70yuan for a portion of jiaozi, there is no buffet as written on the brochure. I can understand that it is expansive because everithing has to be carried up, but why are the carrier only paid 100kuai/day ? Its is acceptable to give more money to the carrier because it is to high, but not to the hotel whose prices are 5 times the normal prices although it makes no difference for the staff working here or downtown.

The location was good and it was less busy and smaller than the Bei Hai Hotel.
The room was a bit small and crowded for the price. The finishings were not great for the price.

Great location, close to cable car and sunrise spots. Good food options in basement restaurant. Clean and smoke-free rooms. Welcoming and friendly staff. Less noise compared to other hotels.
There was nothing I didn't like.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel on the mountain! The location is unbeatable, right at the summit with stunning views of the Sea of Clouds. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, despite their limited English skills. They go out of their way to assist, and having a translator on my cellphone came in handy. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The electric kettle, am/fm alarm clock, and flat-screen TV were great additions. Also, the dining options were reasonably priced and the Chinese food served was tasty and satisfying. this place provided an enhanced level of comfort and quality service.
I highly recommend this hotel to families.

During my Easter break, my partner and I stayed at a mountaintop hotel to see the sunrise and sunset from one of the nearby peaks. The complementary breakfast and WiFi were a plus. The key location near the cable car was also beneficial. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the stunning panoramic view of the surrounding mountains from our room.
The hotel's room was dirty and smelled strongly of mold. The bed linen was not changed from the previous guests, and the bathroom was poorly designed with the toilet next to the shower, causing it to get wet each time the shower was used.

The hotel is perfectly located in the middle of the mountains, making it an ideal spot for nature lovers who want to explore. It's located close to the bus station and cable car, which makes transportation very convenient. the room is modern and tidy, with all the facilities that you might need. the bathroom is luxurious and comfortable. the facilities, such as the coat drying system and the extra warm coats, are an added bonus.
The hotel staff needs to work on their hospitality skills.

This hotel has an incredible location, being situated at the top of a mountain with stunning views. The facilities are clean and modern. There is a nice breakfast and plenty of staff to answer any questions I had. Getting to the hotel was easy thanks to the nearby cable car and short walk.
Nothing, all great.

The hotel is situated in the perfect location for exploring the mountains. The stunning views and ideal proximity to the hiking trails were what drew us to book this hotel, and we were not disappointed. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and the complimentary breakfast served in the morning.
The room we were given. It was basic and outdated, and the cleanliness left something to be desired. We also found the staff to be unhelpful and unfriendly when we had questions or requests. Additionally, the price we paid for the room seemed high considering the quality of the accommodations. we enjoyed our time exploring the area around the hotel, but had some disappointing aspects to our stay at the hotel itself.

Perfect location near Yungu cable car and Refreshing Terrace for sunrise views. Comfy bed for two, unexpectedly good dinner. Visa accepted, helpful staff with English-speaking receptionist. a good hotel for sunrise and Sea of Clouds experience.
